Overview
FulbrightPrep provides preparation support for Fulbright applicants. The platform helps users organize official-source assumptions, plan application materials, draft and review statements, evaluate evidence coverage, prepare documents, and practice interview pressure.
By using FulbrightPrep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Independent Preparation Support, Not Official Advice
FulbrightPrep is independent and is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, IIE, the Fulbright Program, Fulbright Commissions, U.S. Embassies, universities, or any official selection body.
References to Fulbright, commissions, embassies, universities, or government agencies are for informational and preparation purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official affiliation.
FulbrightPrep is not a law firm, immigration adviser, academic admissions consultant, scholarship selection body, or official Fulbright adviser. It does not provide legal, immigration, academic admissions, scholarship-selection, or official Fulbright advice.
Official Fulbright program, country, commission, embassy, campus, award, portal, and institutional requirements always outrank FulbrightPrep outputs.
AI Coaching And Review Boundaries
FulbrightPrep tools provide coaching, organization, review, and preparation support. They do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, compliant, or ready for submission.
You must verify every AI-generated claim, fact, title, date, institution, host relationship, affiliation, recommender support, language requirement, document status, and official-source assumption before relying on it.
You should not use FulbrightPrep to fabricate, exaggerate, or misrepresent achievements, affiliations, host support, recommender support, language proficiency, publications, awards, transcripts, portfolios, or document readiness.
Preparation Support, Not a Guarantee
FulbrightPrep does not guarantee scholarship selection, semifinalist status, finalist status, admission, placement, affiliation approval, interview success, visa approval, funding, or any other outcome.
Fulbright decisions are made by the relevant official bodies and reviewers. Our tools help you prepare more clearly and responsibly; they do not replace your judgment or official guidance.
No Standardized Language-Test Preparation
FulbrightPrep does not provide TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, Duolingo, or other standardized language-test preparation.
Language-related fields in FulbrightPrep are for requirement tracking only, such as whether an official language evaluation or host-country requirement appears to apply.
Your Responsibility
- FulbrightPrep provides preparation, organization, review, and workflow support only.
- You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and final submission of all application materials.
- You are responsible for all materials you submit to Fulbright, universities, host institutions, commissions, embassies, recommenders, employers, or any third party.
- You must verify every AI output against your own facts, evidence, official requirements, and any professional advice you choose to obtain.
- You should not submit false, misleading, exaggerated, unsupported, or AI-fabricated claims.
- You must follow Fulbright rules, portal instructions, university rules, institutional rules, and any other applicable application requirements.
Accounts, Credits, and Payments
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You may not share, resell, or misuse access.
Some FulbrightPrep tools may use credits. Credits are consumed when usage-based AI tools are run and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Subscription, one-time purchase, and credit package terms are shown at purchase.
Acceptable Use and Availability
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraudulent application materials, account abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass credits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
We aim to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI providers, hosting providers, payment providers, or other third-party services may affect availability or output quality.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FulbrightPrep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, or application outcomes.
